State/Prov.: MI Occupation: Tax Preparer Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From Sandra: Hi everyone! My gosh 20 years. You guys are all really exciting to read. Anyways after school I worked for a steel company in accounting for 10 years. I met my husband through Bob Hofer who moved next door to me in the apartment I was living in. Low and behold he knew my hubby. We married in 93 and in 97 my husband transferred from Novi to Lansing area so we moved to Howell which I totally love the country. I ended up deciding the drive was too much and decided to put my accounting skills to work and opened up my own tax business. I have 3 amazing kids. Brittany is almost 13 (yikes) and has been dancing since she was 3. She is in the dance company where they compete in and out of state. My younger daughter is almost 10 and also has been dancing since the age of 3 and just made the company herself this year so she gets to dance with big sis. My son Tyler was an awesome surprise. We thought and I say "thought" we were done but now he is 15 months and I just love him. I spend most of my time taking care of him or driving the girls being town is a half hour away. I love it though. Looking so forward to seeing everyone and catching up more. See ya all soon!! |

State/Prov.: MI Occupation: SAHM Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 4 From Suzi: Ohmygosh! 20 years. Amazing. I have been keeping rather busy. Where to start? Got my Masters from WIlliam&Mary, in Virginia. Taught special ed. in Maine. Married a Naval Officer in 1996 and moved 7 more times (so far): FL, NY, RI, VA, WA, CA, and now Japan. I have enjoyed every tour, but NY and CA were the favorites. Japan is really neat, too, so far. During all that, I managed to be pregnant on all but the last two tours :-) Consequently, I have 4 kids! Jenna (9), Lilly (7), Bobby (4) and Richie (3). They are a lot of fun and keep me busy daily -- especially when my husband is out to sea for 6 months at a time! As for myself, I have taken up running. Usually pushing the boys in the double stroller, I trained for half marathons in San Diego. I look forward to catching up on what the rest of you have been doing. |

City: Algonac
State/Prov.: MI Occupation: Manufacturing Engineer Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From Scott: Hello everyone, After some "persuasion" (a nice word for nagging) from a very dear friend, I am finally going to update everyone on my life since LCHS. After all, if a rock star can find time to do it, then so can I. After high school, I started working full time and going to MCC part time. I spent three years there spinning my wheels, and really not accomplishing anything. That's when my boy, Matt Valice, talked me into going to CMU. We started there late, so everyone else from LCHS (who went when they were supposed to) was only a year away from graduation. So needless to say, we had some "seasoned" tour and event guides. Kelly Pij...I thank you to this day, just for being a pal! Derek, Jake, Romo and Wade... you're welcome for the entertainment at your Sig Ep retreat!! And Valice, not sure how we made it through 4 years of living together without killing each other...but man did we have some fun!! Central was quite a "growing up" experience, and one of the best decisions of my life. I was fortunate enough to get an education in Psychology, and meet the woman of my dreams! So here I am now, with my beautiful wife Anne, and our three cool kids...Laney Anne (8), Trevor Linden (5), any hockey fans recognize that name? And Ainsley Elizabeth (2). We recently moved to the serene little community of Algonac, MI, and have nestled in nicely. The school system has been great, the people are kind, and our main attraction is the beautiful St. Clair River. My kids and I fish religiously, and they love perchin' in the fall with their daddy! I encourage all who can to check out Algonac. It is beautiful here and despite what we thought in high school, it's not just a place to come for a brawl! I work for Ford Motor Company as a manufacturing engineer (yep, with a Psych degree). Pretty sure that if I had my choice for a "do-over" I would have pursued a Psychology/Counseling career. I coached a high school football team while in Mt. Pleasant, and it was such a rewarding experience...I think that a High School Guidance Counselor/Football Coach would have been the greatest career choice of all. I regret not going in that direction! I recommend to all of you that you support and encourage your kids in whatever they chose to do in life, and they will be much happier with their careers. Jason Krause is living proof! So there you have it. I am not sure if I will see all of you in August or not...but I do wish everyone the best life has to offer! Be sure to spend as much time as you can with your kids and love them with all your might!! I'd like to say a quick "thanks" to the people who are responsible for this website, the reunion, and the school tour...you guys are doing a terrific job and should all be very proud! Keep up the good work. Good Luck and God Bless! Regards, Scott M. Trombley |

City: Ubatuba
Occupation: Charter Boat Captain From Matthew: WELL IT’S A BEEN ROUGH COUPLE OF MONTHS FOR TEAM VALICE. I BROKE MY LEG DURING A RESEARCH EXPEDITION IN THE HIMALAYANS (IT’S A LONG STORY WHICH I WILL BARE YOU THE DETAILS OF). I’VE GOT LAW SUITS COMING OUT THE YING-YANG OVER THIS WHOLE After nine years in college, eh what do you want, I was pacing my self… I graduated with a degree in Geology and then enrolled in the astronaut program at NASA. Unfortunately that didn't work out, as I quickly realized I had a terrible fear of heights. Things have been going surprisingly well though, I won the lottery in 99 and proceeded to have a blast doing what I truly loved, which was trying the solve the mysteries of the El Chupacabra, Loch Ness Monster and of course Big Foot. Unfortunately, I was not able to bring it closure; I didn’t quite realize how expensive it was to fund those ventures. You'd be surprised how much those little techno tracking devices can cost. At any rate, before I blew through all my dough I built a custom made sub which I took around the globe exploring the oceans of the world. The highlight came when I was able to realize another one of my dreams which was to view the wreckage of the Titanic with my very own eyes. Although I have to admit, it was a bit disappointing, it was a lot rustier then I was expecting. Ok, ok, ok I have to fess up, I wasn’t able to actually "view" the oceans or the Titanic with my "own" eyes, soon after I bought the sub I quickly realized that I was terribly claustriphobic. The good news is I was able to flip the sub to a group of treasure hunters for a discount and fortunately salvaged a few hundred thousand of my winnings. After a few stints in rehab for various issues I finally got my life back together and took what money I had left and moved to Brazil where I started my own boat charter business. It has been great and the family really loves it here. Oh I almost forgot to mention my latest venture. I am currently working on production of high school musical on roller skates with Eric Hofer, I am producing/directing/starring in this production which hopefully will be hitting a mall near you sometime early next year. Wish us luck and I look forward to see you all next year. |

City: Sterling Heights
State/Prov.: Michigan Occupation: Wayne County Deputy Sheriff Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 From Robert: It's good to see everyone is doing well. I joined the Army right out of High School and was with the 10th Mountain Division for a couple years. I got out of the the Army and spent 2 years at Macomb Community College. Surprisingly I found I did pretty good at school. (It's amazing what you you learn when you are conscious.) After getting an Associates Degree, I transferred to Michigan State where I got a degree in Criminal Justice. I then got into Law Enforcement in 1997 with the Detroit Police Department. My brother John and I applied on the same day not knowing the other one did. He is still with Detroit. I started with Wayne County in 1999. One of our classmates, Dan Connell is now a Sergeant at our Department. I got married in 2003, to my wife Laura, who is a teacher in Sterling Heights. We have our Daughter Emma who is almost 4 and James whos is almost 3. I hope everybody's life is turning out the way they wanted now that we are 20 years older. I am very happy and would not want it any other way. |
